Solastalgia: the pain of a world disappearing while we still inhabit it. Wearing cosmonaut suits, visitors explore an Earth become uninhabitable, haunted by a mysterious cloud of light.
A mixed-reality journey for ten visitors: a scorched landscape, a monolith of light, and the last human generations reliving a memory on a loop, like perfect holograms. One of the first installations of this scale created for HoloLens 2, developed with long-time Icelandic artist collaborators.
